Frank Bi, a data journalist at Forbes, has been involved with ThreeSixty since 2006. Specializing in journalism through computer programming, Frank graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in computer science. Frank was also a news developer with PBS NewsHour. He has served internships at The Chronicle of Higher Education in Washington D.C., Minnesota Public Radio and the Democrat and Chronicle in Rochester, N.Y.
