Self-Care Starts with Healthy Brain

To maintain a healthy relationship with yourself,self-carehas to be a priority. 

Self-careis caring for yourself emotionally, mentally, and physically.  

To improve your emotional health, you have to think positively. In order for you to do that you should identify your areas of negativity.  

Secondly, for you to improve your mental health, you should sleep well, eat a healthy diet for your brain, and stay active.  

I think the most important thing is having a brain healthy diet because the brain is an energy intensive organ that uses 20of your body’s calories, so it needs plenty of good fuel to maintain concentration through the day.  

Lastly, your physical health is about improving your health and decreasing the risk of getting sick. Exercising in one way to maintain your physical health.  

Find what you love to do and then move your body. In conclusion, if you don’t doself-careyou will lose yourself.
