I think that everyone should do self-care because it helps with a lot of things.
Self-care improves your emotional, physical and mental reserves to prevent and manage stress. Self-care helps with self-control and your self-esteem.
Self-care also helps reduce your chances of getting heart disease and assists with anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
You can do self–care by going for a light jog and meditating or just taking a break when you need it or eating greens daily.
Stop overthinking and start a journal.
Overall, what I’m trying to say is that doing self–care can help in a lot of parts of your life. Try it and see the difference.
