On Tues., Nov. 9, 2021, ThreeSixty will participate in Tommie Give Day, the University of St. Thomas’ annual 24-hour online fundraiser.
ThreeSixty’s 2021 Tommie Give Day goal is $40,000 raised to support program access scholarships. In a typical year, more than 80 percent of ThreeSixty students attend the program at no cost based on documented financial need. Donate now through Nov. 9 for your contribution to be included in ThreeSixty’s Tommie Give Day drive.
“Tommie Give Day is an important day for ThreeSixty and our students current and future,” said ThreeSixty Journalism Executive Director Chad Caruthers. “We are very intentional and deliberate about students from all communities having access to ThreeSixty programming.”
Your gift to ThreeSixty on Tommie Give Day provides critical support for ThreeSixty Journalism’s powerful high school-to-professional pathway. In this moment’s spotlighted racial and social injustices, there’s an unprecedented urgency for representative truth tellers. ThreeSixty and its students meet this moment through holistic storytelling, narrative transformation, and empathy to drive change. Voice is power, and we believe media equity and narrative change are key disruptors for a more just society.
“I will never forget the way the ThreeSixty Journalism program helped me find and refine my voice as a young Black woman and developing writer.” – Ayo Olagbaju, Howard University student and scholar, ThreeSixty alum
