Executive Director Chad Caruthers joined ThreeSixty in June 2014, bringing both journalism and nonprofit leadership experience to the role. He is passionate about providing opportunities for underrepresented youth to connect with their education, communities and lives. Chad earned a master’s degree in education at the University of Minnesota and completed a bachelor’s degree in journalism at the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas. He hails from Webster Groves, Missouri.
